SHIPPING

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
Turnaround times vary depending on the product. Most all items are made to order and ship within 14 business days. Transit times vary depending on carrier used and location.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes of course! We suggest DHL.


RETURNS/REFUNDS

 CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT/GET A REFUND?
Refunds/returns are generally decided on a case by case basis. Refunds/returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the packaging and damaged product. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was incorrect on our end. A restocking fee for material cost and labor time may be issued. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the packaging and damaged product.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
If we haven't already shipped your order, then yes, we can fix your address! If we have already shipped it, you may need to contact USPS to redirect the shipment to the correct address or to your local post office for pick-up.

CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?
Yes, please contact us before you place your order. 

 CAN I ADD EXTRA CUSTOMIZATION TO MY ORDER?
